Come hike the Eno River State Park trails with us, east of Hillsborough!

Small group hiking with a focus on getting to know each other, and we maintain a 25 minute/mile pace. For this Monday series, we’ll be mixing it up among several wooded routes that are generally 4-5 miles long and follow sections of the river. Footing can be tricky in spots, and terrain is somewhat hilly. Hiking boots or trail shoes, a water bottle, and comfortable hiking clothes are recommended.

If you sign up for this hike, we do ask that if your plans change, you promptly change your Meetup RSVP to "Not Going." That way, the rest of us won't delay our hike awaiting your arrival.

**Cole Mill & Bobbit’s Hole Loop** – meet at 4390 Old Cole Mill Rd/very end of the road at Cole Mill access (outhouse available) – **3.2 miles** long with 216’ climb overall. This is a relatively short 75 or 90 minute figure-8 route without much incline.

In on Cole Mill trail by the river, across the middle of the figure-8, out and around through the woods on Bobbit’s Hole trail to just past the swimming hole. The return route is back on Bobbit’s Hole trail by the water and across the middle of the figure-8 for the second time, and finally back out to the parking lot through the woods on Cole Mill trail.
