Laughter has been clinically proven to relieve stress, boost your mood, strengthen your immune system and promote a positive attitude. Plus, it's a wonderful cardio and core-muscle workout! Join us for lighthearted laughter, combined with playful activity and breathing exercises, and experience the wonderful benefits for yourself! No yoga poses involved and you don't need to be flexible or funny.
