RSVP'S are closed at 3 PM. If you can't rsvp, it's full and/or closed. Those with a good history with our group will be prioritized from the waitlist. Check chat and comment section for updates. DROP IN AVAILABILITY WILL BE POSTED.
Repeat "No shows" and late cancellations (after 2:30pm on Mondays) will be recorded and may be removed from following events. Please update your rsvp accordingly so that others can take your spot if you can't make it.

Our invitation to continue play here will be dependent on having a good reputation as a group so please treat the facility well.
You DO NOT need to come with a team. Just sign up on the player sheet when you get there. If you lose, make sure to sign up again. Only sign your own name (first and last initial). If you have questions, please ask the host/designated court assistant.
Keep the gym clean. Throw your trash away. Reminder, no dogs or other animals allowed in the gym.

- INTERMEDIATE:
This is competitive play, although the range in skill will vary (advanced players may play with friends in Intermediate). Many players will have had high school and competitive league play experience.

FORMAT:
Format for play will be set at the start of each night and will be subject to change.
Please pay attention to announcements. We are limited on time so we will start games quickly. After each court's game is completed, let the host know which team won.
IF SUBS ARE NEEDED, ORGANIZERS WILL LET YOU KNOW WHICH PLAYERS ARE AVAILABLE. Taking players from teams that are about to play disrupts the format.

INTERMEDIATE: 3-6 COURTS (pending attendance)
One will be the MAIN court while the others will act as a CHALLENGE courts to play on the main court. THE NEXT TEAMS ON THE LIST WILL NEED TO PROVIDE SOMEONE TO SCORE KEEP SO THAT THEY KNOW THEY ARE NEXT UP TO PLAY AND TO KEEP THE GAMES MOVING QUICKLY.
The winning court will have winners stay on for X wins. In order to play here, you must win your game on the challenge court. For example, if there are four teams waiting to play:
- Teams 1 & 2 play on the main court
- Teams 3 & 4 play on the secondary court (and so on)
- The winner on the secondary court will challenge the winner on the main court- The losing teams from both courts will have to sign up again and battle it out on the secondary court in order to challenge the main court again
As more teams are added through the night, they will have to play their first game on the challenge courts to make their way to the main court.

FRIENDLY REMINDER
- Please bring your own ball.
- You are NOT allowed to scratch out other people's names on the list.
- ORGANIZER will request volunteers to sub if needed. You can only volunteer if it will not conflict with your next game.
- Stay hydrated and hygienic. Bring water, a towel, and deodorant to stay fresh and clean.
