Do you want to dive deeper into your Yoga practise? Join for Yoga lessons in Lisbon, varying from dynamic to gentle, connecting to your core to stay in shape and find energetic and mental balance in your day-to-day life. I offer various lessons from Monday to Friday in the heart of the city of Lisbon and also give Thai Yoga Massages.

Release tension whilst finding a sense of peace within. Classes are alignment orientated and include flowing Vinyasa elements to create balance within body, mind & spirit.
Starting point is a short Meditation and a connection to your breath. Following a warm up with variations of sun salutations in tune with your breath, we will hold positions for a few breaths before you move into deeper stretches. With the flow of our breath, we create space that helps us to stay focused and go deeper to observe sensations and experience a state of meditation.
We will finish with a short meditation for clarity and peace of mind to integrate all the benefits of our practice.

We will explore multiple embodied explorations that create the conditions needed for profound relaxation, increased body awareness and mind-body connectivity.The Roll Model Method is a soft-tissue conditioning, self-care format that uses Roll Model® Therapy Balls for self-myofascial release (self-massage). This may include breath work, CheckIn and ReCheck, elements of alignment, anatomy instruction and mental awareness (such as conscious relaxation).
The workshop is a combination of bodywork, yoga and innovative movements you will learn specialised massage ball rolling techniques that penetrate into common tension areas around the shoulders, neck, upper back, lower back, abdomen and pelvis.
Massageballs and equipment will be provided in the workshop.
