What we’re about

Yoga in Daily Life is a system of yoga rooted in ancient wisdom with principles and practical techniques and exercises that guide us towards better health as well as greater awareness and understanding of ourself and life. It's very accessible to everyone and therefore practised by people of all ages and abilities, helping us to cope with and overcome stress and the demands and distractions of living in a busy modern world. At the moment we have drop-in evening classes throughout the week plus Friday mornings at Santosa Wellness Centre. We also have Saturday morning classes in Glasgow -> check out our *Yoga in Daily Life in Glasgow* Meetup group.
