Healthy Saturdays - Let's Walk our Turkey off!

Active Seniors, we here at ASA wish you a scrumptious Thanksgiving Holiday with your family and friends! Enjoy your turkey and all of the trimmings that comes with it!

We thought about the deliciousness of the Holidays but also thought about the added pounds it can bring, so we’ve scheduled an activity for everyone, after the Thanksgiving, for those who will be here in the ATL and also for you in whichever city you reside. It’s “Let's Walk our Turkey off!”

If you are in another city other than ASA home Atlanta, grab your sweats and a few friends and let’s join the “Walk our Turkey off” on Saturday, November 30th 4pm for an evening stroll through the park. We’ll enjoy each other’s company, while burning calories.

For those in the ATL it’s Rhodes Jordan Park 100 East Crogan Street, Lawrenceville! If you are in a different city, tell us your park, let's take pictures and videos of our walk and share them on our site! We'll build friendships!
