What can you expect?
This is an informal, monthly meetup to give adults with ADHD the opportunity to meet likeminded people in a relaxed and friendly setting. Feel free to come along and share your ADHD experiences, discuss resources & day-to-day adjustments, or even just have a drink and a natter.
What time will the event be running?
Our ADHD Connect Sunday Social will be taking place from 1pm - 3pm.
There's no pressure to arrive at 1pm or stay until the very end - feel free to come and go as you but please be aware that the event will end at 3pm. Some people choose to stay but after 3pm it won't be the ADHD Connect event.
Do you need to have an ADHD diagnosis to attend?
No, not at all! Many of our group members suspect they may have ADHD, or are waiting for a diagnosis, and find it useful speaking to others in the group.
Where should I go when I arrive?
We’ll be in the private room upstairs in the Philharmonic Dining Rooms . Please be aware that this venue is unfortunately not step free. We'll have small ADHD Connect signs on the tables, so you should be able to spot us, but if you're unsure just ask at the bar.
How much will the event cost?
The event is £3 per person. Please buy a ticket before you arrive. We also have card machines, if you would prefer to pay when you arrive. This will cover future event costs and any surplus will go back into the business, and enable us to host more events in the future.
