Pilates Style Workout by the Lake – 50 Minutes of Fitness

Join us for a refreshing 50-minute Pilates Style workout by the lake! Suitable for beginners and advanced participants, this low to moderate intensity session will help you enhance strength, flexibility, and posture.

Please bring your own yoga mat and enjoy the peaceful surroundings as we work together to improve our fitness. Pilates is a fantastic way to strengthen the body and mind, reduce stress, and boost overall well-being.
