What we’re about

This group is for anyone living with anxiety who wants to meet others who get it. We’ll be doing things like casual walks in London, where we can share our stories, support each other, and face our anxiety together.

If it sounds nerve-wracking, that's a good thing, it means that it's probably a good idea to try it!

The idea is to create a relaxed, non-judgmental space where we can connect, get outside, and push through some of the things that make us anxious. No pressure, no expectations—just a community of people who understand what it’s like.
