What we’re about

Welcome to Austin Breathwork with Friends!

A laid back group of humans sharing space, doing some breathwork, and building community.

If you are curious about breathwork and want to give it a try in a low pressure environment, or if you’ve been seeking a community aspect to add to your practice, you’ve come to the right place.

We meet to share a mindful, present, and meditative space with each other. We will try to hold our sessions outside, at the end of each month as much as possible. It feels so good to get fresh air and sunshine!

How it works:

  • Community sharing and grounding - I facilitate a quick grounding exercise, and we open with some sharing.
  • Breathing - Together we enjoy a Breathwork journey (led by intuition, each session varies and has a different theme).
  • Journaling & community sharing - After the breathwork session, we take a moment to journal, and space is created for any sharing desired.
  • (Optional) Post outdoor activities - Activities such as hiking, movement/yoga, additional journaling, jam sessions, dancing, etc. are encouraged after :)

Intention:
The intention is to share a beautiful mindfulness practice with other mindful beings, to share space, and build friends and community in the process.

P.S. A little about me. I am an ex-corporate entrepreneur, turned spiritual-entrepreneurship. I am a very creative person with many creative hobbies such as drawing and percussion.

I'm passionate about both the world of business and spirituality. I started this group because I love sharing things that are blessing my life. Breathwork is one of those tools, it has transformed my life. I have had incredibly profound experiences through breathwork, and hope to share that with others (you). I also know we all seek more intentional communities, I know I do. Together, I believe we will create something beautiful. I can't wait to meet you!
