Saturday Virtual Breathwork with Friends + Journaling
Details
Hello all,
Let’s start the weekend off with some intentional time to reconnect with ourselves, and to have meaningful connection with others.
This virtual meet, we will dive into a wonderful breathwork session and follow with some journal time and facilitated group discussion.
Note: For our virtual meetups, you must RSVP to receive the Zoom link.
How it works:
-Once RSVP'ed, you will receive the Zoom link about an hour prior to the event in the group chat.
-Please ensure you remain muted during the breathwork session . We'll unmute when we share.
-I’ll share some tips for beginners before we begin.
-We will have some time to ground prior to our journey together.
-Together we will set intentions.
-After the session, I will create space for journaling, sharing if desired, and diving deeper/conversation.
-You are not required to share. This is your space, and safe space for all.
-We want this to be accessible to all. This is a donation based event, if you feel aligned to do so, we appreciate your support.

FAQs:
-I heard holotropic breathwork also call "psychedelic breathwork". Are there psychedelics involved?
Nope, it's all coming from your breath! More about holotropic breathwork.
-What if I'm late?
Do your best to be on time to have the full experience, though things happen.
If we're meeting in person, simply setup quietly in the back and join in and enjoy :)
If we're meeting via Zoom, virtual doors close at 11:10.
-Do I have to be a pro, or go super deep?
How deep you go is all up to you. You can go as deep as you would like, and I encourage you to follow your intuition. And you don’t have to be a pro, just a human with at least one lung ;)
-Do I have to socialize?
There is no pressure here, while I hope you do, you are not “required”.
What to bring?
-Headphones.
-Have something comfortable to sit and/or lie on (e.g. bed, yoga mat, sitting pad, meditation cushion, blanket, etc.). The goal is to have a straight spine and open airways.
-Chapstick is always good.
-A physical journal (sometimes electronics can feel clunky after an intense session hehe)
-Your kindness and openness to yourself and our fellow group members.
-Your smile. Remember, we are here to have fun and enjoy life!
We look forward to seeing you!
