Are you looking for a recovery community of like minded people who share space together and are learning the skills of self-awareness through coaching, meditation, mindfulness and yoga?

If any of the above applies then this group is for you! 
In this group you will find different offerings relating to self care & recovery. 
Established yoga, meditation & fellowship meet ups as well as workshops, introductory coaching sessions, mindfulness courses and retreat offerings. Everything is currently offered online, but watch this space.   

Mel is a trauma informed, self-compassion focused life & recovery coach, mindfulness & yoga teacher whose passion is to support people holistically to successfully navigate significant life change and rediscover joy.
