Hello and welcome to my weekly class where the aim is to enhance our well being and connect to our higher self by aligning our body, mind & spirit with our heart space.
Befriending ourselves through gentle flow, a beautiful way to start your Sunday 🙏
Suitable for beginners and more experienced yogis the focus is on slow movement with breath, self-compassion & re-connection.
Please arrive on your yoga mat 5 minutes early and have some cushions and a blanket close by.
Connecting with yoga has been transformational for my well being and has helped me move away from living in my head and instead come back into my body and authenticity, I am forever grateful and take pleasure in sharing my practice with you ❤
