Come Sing Show Tunes!

This event consists of an informal concert in which the performers are all of us! We'll take turns singing Broadway show tunes. All musical levels are welcome, whether you're an aspiring musical theater star or just someone who belts out show tunes in the shower.

If you feel shy about singing a solo, it's okay to come and listen. We'll also do some group singing.

At our previous gathering, some people said they would have felt okay about singing a solo if they had planned it out in advance -- so do please think ahead and pick a couple of songs you'd enjoy singing (this is not a firm commitment, you can change your mind if you get the jitters).

After you pick your songs, please search for accompaniments on YouTube (type "Songname karaoke" or "Songname accompaniment" into the search bar). Once you've found good accompaniments, add your songs and links to the accompaniments to this spreadsheet so we can have them ready to play at the gathering:

In the second hour of the gathering we'll schmooze and do more informal singing, and eat snacks -- (optional) feel free to bring something.
