I will warm you up, cool you down and take you through a stimulating routine. For those who have time we will close with coffee and a chat. You will share the experience with a diverse group of people. Bring water and a bucketful of enthusiasm.

Blast away the cobwebs and set yourself up for the weekend-taking advantage of the wonderful surroundings of Bertrange Park, I run a group training session that incorporates both physical exercise and some basic boxing training. NOTE: suitable for all levels and ability's. I will warm you up, cool you down and take you through a stimulating routine. After we have finished with the exercises, we will begin with the boxing-it is a great way to relief the stress and blow away those negative thoughts. You will share the experience with a diverse group of people. Bring water and a bucketful of enthusiasm.

Something that is very hard to find: An event that mixes all ages, talents and abilities to gel as one to have fun, mix, bond smile and compete. I have families, friends, young and old who join me for something unique. I mix games, teambuilding training to give you the perfect Sunday evening. I instill discipline, respect and cohesion, it is an "open air" classroom for lessons we all need in life. Everything is designed to be 100% inclusive-the only requirement is energy and a willingness to get involved.
