Blast away the cobwebs and set yourself up for the weekend-taking advantage of the wonderful surroundings of Bertrange Park, I run a group training session that incorporates both physical exercise and some basic boxing training. NOTE: suitable for all levels and ability's. I will warm you up, cool you down and take you through a stimulating routine. After we have finished with the exercises, we will begin with the boxing-it is a great way to relief the stress and blow away those negative thoughts. You will share the experience with a diverse group of people. Bring water and a bucketful of enthusiasm.
