What we’re about
This group is for anyone interested in exploring the ancient Chinese practice of Qigong in person near Bethany Beach or online. These classes provide a peaceful environment where participants can learn gentle movements, mindfulness, and meditation techniques to improve health and wellness.
Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, join us to cultivate your inner energy, reduce stress, and enhance your overall well-being. Come connect with like-minded individuals and harmonize mind, body, and spirit through the practice of Qigong.
60-minute drop-in classes are held in the Parish Hall of St. Martha's Episcopal Church. Suggested class donation: $10.
1 or 2 Online classes on Zoom per month through the end of 2024.

Join me online for an introductory 60-minute Qigong class. You will discover the rejuvenating power of Qigong as we practice gentle movements and stretches and mindful breathing to increase energy and reduce stress.

It's a good review for those with experience and a great place to begin if you have never tried QiGong before. Come learn, practice, and connect with like-minded individuals in a supportive and nurturing environment.
Classes will include a brief introduction, some instruction, 30-40 minutes of practice and a short wrap up.
You will need about an arm's width amount of space to do these movements. You can be seated or standing during our practice. These introductory online sessions have no fee through December 2.
