### Your Facilitators:
Vincent Ardizzone, a Clinical Mental Health Counselor, Dance/Movement Therapist, and 500 hour trained Yoga/Meditation Teacher. Vincent has studied and received training in various forms of mindful communication including non-violent communication, conscious communication, sensate focus, and interpersonal effectiveness. Vincent works at Blue Lotus Wellness in Manchester NH.
Jim Ready, a Kripalu-certified Yoga Teacher, iRest Yoga Nidra Teacher, Holistic Health Instructor, as well as Thai Massage Practitioner, and Mindful Improv Comedy Instructor. He runs The Yoga Center in Concord, NH
