What we’re about

This is a listing of our special classes, and workshops, as well as our monthly classes. BlueSky Yoga Studio offers weekly classes that focus on Pranayama (the breath) and the Asanas (the poses) and give time and space at the end of practice, during restorative classes, and sound meditations to explore the other limbs of yoga, which is the more meditative components of yoga. There are 8 limbs of Yoga practice and we offer opportunities to explore all of them in our community.

Although we will continue to have regularly scheduled classes, we use this meet-up to share our the free events and the special events.

A little more about our vision is below.
Yoga can be done alone, but when we gather for a class, we form a temporary community. Like a flock of birds deciding to fly together for a short time.
We move and breathe as one. For 60 minutes we are doing this together. When class is over, we return to our lives, our homes, and families taking with us the echo of our practice. That echo acts as an invisible cloak that spreads all the energy built during class to others off the mat.

We are more than a yoga studio, we are a community of individuals that love yoga and all the benefits it brings to the mind, body, and spirit. New yogis will find a warm and inviting environment to learn, grow, and practice all 8 limbs of yoga.
