Think you have to choose between being healthy and having a delicious Thanksgiving? Think again! With a little planning ahead - and inspiration from our Meetup group - you can leave the Thanksgiving table feeling healthy and satisfied.

I'll gather and share our top recipes during the discussion... along with some of my own favorites, and some helpful tips for maintaining healthy habits during the holidays. 😋💪
What qualifies? We're looking for recipes that contain:
- Real whole foods instead of packaged/processed foods or artificial ingredients. Usually the fewer ingredients the better!
- Naturally low sugar or get sweetness from natural sources.
- Protein, fiber and healthy fats
- Diet plan flexibility - recipe can easily be adjusted for specific diets or food intolerances.
- Simple steps to make and serve
