Melanie Davies is an award-winning sleep and stress management consultant with over 30 years of experience in high-pressure environments.

As a Clinical Hypnotherapist and a former teacher, trainer, and coach, Melanie has a wealth of knowledge in workplace stress, neuroscience, and hypnotherapy. She is passionate about helping individuals overcome challenges, boost their confidence, and build resilience through better sleep and stress management.

Melanie's mission is to help individuals improve their health, happiness and habits, through optimising sleep, managing stress, boosting confidence and building resilience to find joy and success, both in and out of the workplace.
