Join us for Sunday Meditation. We will take 40 minutes to practice meditation starting with 5 minutes mindful listening to evening chant followed by 30 minutes sitting and 10 minutes walking and end with 15minutes Dharma sharing. You are encouraged to bring your own cushion. I will provide floor mats and chairs. There are no practice expectations. Come with no expectations of yourself and allow the collective energy of the Sangha to grow and strengthen your practice. I invite your wisdom and knowledge to help grow the Sangha. Arrive early for a quick greet and meet over tea.
