Healing Through Adventure: Workplace Trauma Support Group Visits Geocaching HQ

Join us for a unique and therapeutic day out as our workplace trauma support group visits the Geocaching Headquarters in Seattle, Washington. This event combines elements of exploration, teamwork, and mindfulness to promote healing and connection.

What to Expect:

Learn about the global adventure game of geocaching

Engage in a supportive, low-pressure environment

Learn about mindfulness techniques for a game that is intended for an outdoor setting

Connect with fellow group members through shared experiences

Discover hidden gems in the quirky Fremont neighborhood

What to Bring:

  • Smartphone (if you have one) for the geocaching app

This event is designed to provide a gentle, engaging experience that encourages healing through exploration and community. We will be learning more about both the game and history of Geocache in Seattle, and learn how to integrate this activity into our week to bring a sprinkle of healing and adventure. No prior geocaching experience is necessary. Our trained facilitators will be present throughout the day to provide support as needed.
