If you like stand-up comedy come out with me to Chicago Improv in Schaumburg to see Bryan Callen. You might know him from Mad Tv or as the gym teacher on The Goldbergs. He's a great comedian. Since Schaumburg is a 20 minute drive away from our area carpooling is always an option. If you're interested you can get your ticket here Make sure you select General Admission, the cheaper $30 one.

A few things to know about Chicago Imrpov: they have a dress code, but it's not strict. Basically don't dress like a teenager, college student or like you're going to the beach. Think casual date night attire or better. They serve food and drinks there, but there is a minimum of 2 items per order. Seating is on a first come first serve basis, so we may end up sharing a table with others.

Each year Woodstock lights up their Christmas lights on the Friday after Thanksgiving. Let's get together and watch the annual ceremony. The ceremony starts st 7pm, but they have other activites happening too.

We can get together before the ceremony begins and meet up at Ethereal. It's kinda like a coffee and chocolate shop cafe.

You have to buy a ticket on Eventbrite, but it's only $10 + Eventbrite's $2 fee. You can get your ticket here.You don't have to drink. Just come on out for some nostalgic music and conversations.
