Join us in this elevating class that will leave you feeling calm and peaceful! Beginner friendly (always!), including everyone, even those who have never tried yoga before.
Kundalini Yoga class is structured to include a combination of breath control (pranayam), movement (Asana), meditation with silent or chanted mantra, and relaxation. Practicing regularly builds physical strength, mental agility, and deepens the incredible well within us all. Known for its transformative benefits, Kundalini yoga is an ancient form of yoga for every body.
Bring your own water bottle, mat and blanket or use one of ours. Wear comfortable clothing that you are able to move around in.
