Join us for an evening of world-class jazz featuring Norwegian guitarist Jostein Gulbrandsen alongside David Ambrosio on bass and Scott Latzky on drums.
Originally from Norway, Gulbrandsen has released three acclaimed albums as a bandleader and authored the best-selling book Modern Jazz and Fusion Guitar for Hal/Leonard. With a style that blends hard bop, melodic European jazz, and blues, he has solidified his place among the top jazz guitarists in the world.
Gulbrandsen has performed with renowned musicians like Adam Nussbaum, Joe Farnsworth, Troy Roberts, Jon Irabagon, and Mark Ferber, gracing stages such as Birdland, Blue Note NYC, The Kennedy Center, and international jazz festivals. He is also a prominent artist with Collings Guitars, Sadowsky Guitars, and Quilter Labs, and a faculty member at Kaufman Music Center.
