Winter Solstice Nature Walk and Reflection Ritual

Join us for a serene, reflective journey at Allamuchy Mountain State Park in Stanhope, NJ. From 9 AM to noon, we’ll explore an easy trail (open to all experience levels) as we connect with the energy of winter—a time for rest, reflection, and preparation for new growth. This guided nature walk invites you to honor the past year and set intentions for the year ahead through a ritual of endings and beginnings.

What to Bring:
Dress warmly with an extra layer (fleece or jacket, hat, gloves), and bring a small snack, water, or a hot beverage in a thermos. Sit pads will be provided for added comfort.
