Qigong is a traditional Chinese practice to cultivate and balance qi (pronounced approximately as "chee"), translated as "life energy”.
All levels of experience are welcome in class, which will include Taoist, Buddhist, and Medical Qigong. The classes are a mix of stretches, self-massage, energetic cleansing and purges, flowing element-based sequences, and moving meditations with deep rhythmic breathing, all designed to improve the circulation and flow of electricity, or qi in the body. You will leave practice feeling energized, focused, less stressed, and deeply relaxed.
Conor discovered qigong many years ago on his healing path. He instantly felt the benefits of the practice and was inspired to deepen his understanding of this ancient movement art form.
