This group is established to teach step by step healthy meals, exercises, retreats, group chats, etc.

My goal is to make a paradigm shift through teaching others how to live a holistic & healthier lifestyle. The activities of this group will offer skills (paid and free sessions) to learn how to meditate and relaxation techniques through activities, offered in person and virtually, such as: mediation techniques, crafting, cooking, photography, creative art, graphic designs, retreats, exercise modalities to enhance relaxation techniques for the mind, body, and spirit.

My profile exhuberates actual photos and videos of me, i.e. walking, swimming, meditating, drinking & eating healthy!!
I have maintained my weight loss for the last 5 yrs. My Journey began 2017. I learned how to manage my new #body #weight & #modalities of living a #holistic & #healthier #lifestyle with Dr. Ashmon GetFit Movement.
