Join us this Saturday Morning as we walk in nature and connect with the

We stand as one, a forest here,
Our roots grow deep, our minds are clear.
Arms stretched wide, we reach the skies,
Strong oaks in stillness, we arise.
Our breath the wind, our hearts the ground,
In silent strength, we're tightly bound.
Each pose a promise, calm and free,
Together, rooted, we are the tree.

We will start with an Oak Tree pose and meditation, by the lake, to help our balance.
