Join Our Free 4-Week Virtual Mindful Journaling Group

Facilitated by an experienced expressive arts and mindfulness coach, as well as a licensed professional counselor specializing in women's issues. As an empty nester with three adult children, I've personally navigated many life transitions, including divorce, remarriage, returning to school later in life, and changing careers multiple times, including once in my 40s. While these transitions can be challenging, they also present opportunities for profound growth and fulfillment. Through expressive arts and mindfulness, you can reflect, gain clarity, and embrace these changes with greater confidence and insight. Journaling can further enhance this process, serving as a powerful tool for self-discovery and healing.

What to Expect:
*Centering Activity: Begin the session with an exercise to let everything go that happened in the morning, center yourself, and get ready to write.
*Silent Journaling: Engage in guided journaling with specific prompts designed to help you reflect and grow (although provided you can explore on your own without using the prompts).
*Calming Exercise: Conclude with a relaxing exercise to contain everything you wrote about in this hour and move on with your day.
