Preparing for the holiday season -
The journal prompts and creative activities are crafted to help you reflect on your emotions, boundaries, strengths, and connections, offering space to explore your personal challenges and growth opportunities in a way that may resonate on a deeper level.
The group will address the challenges women experience during the holidays, touching on stress management, new traditions, letting go, and finding peace while navigating challenging life transitions.
Agenda:

  1. breathing technique (different each week)
  2. quiet, focused writing (journal prompts provided or free writing)
  3. short discussion (optional-you are not required to share)
  4. relaxation technique (different each week)

Week 1 - Cultivating Mindfulness for Holiday Stress
Week 2 - Setting Boundaries and Prioritizing Self-Care
Week 3 - Coping with Family Dynamics
Week 4 - Building Resilience through Gratitude
Week 5 - Creating Meaningful Connections
Cost:

  • The class is free, but donations are appreciated.
  • Suggested donation: $5-10 per class.
