What we’re about
The world needs more people in their 40s and 50s (ok, 60s and beyond too!) who still like to get out of the house and have a good time. You know, the kids are self-sufficient, the regular friend circle wants to do the same old thing… So, this group would be all about enjoying beer and wine and food.
Other events may be added to the mix so it's not all eating and drinking: movie night, cultural and neighbourhood events

This is a social group and not a forum for marketing/promoting your business. Anyone using meetup events to employ aggressive marketing tactics will be given a warning. Second complaints will result in being banned.
This is not a dating site: Do not send unsolicited messages to members listed in the group. Complaints will result in being banned.
Everyone should be treated in a respectful and welcoming fashion. No bullying or harassment, or loud and aggressive behaviour will be tolerated. As the majority of events are at restaurants and lounges, this extends to wait staff.
