[IN-PERSON & ONLINE] Practice to speak and receive from the heart

Details

This practice session is facilitated by Natasha and the theme is "Spirituality and NVC" related to Chapter 1 "Giving from the heart" from Marshall Rosenberg's book "Nonviolent Communication: A Language of Life". Participants are encouraged to read at least that chapter before the session, for best learning and practice benefits.

For continuity and flow of the practice, we will close the doors at 19:30.
