What we’re about
This group was created to provide a warm, welcoming space for those who seek to practice mindfulness meditation together and discuss how mindfulness applies to our lives. By creating a time and place to meet weekly, we can support, share and learn from one another through guided meditation and group discussion. All are welcome - brand new or experienced meditators- from any tradition, who endeavor to develop a meaningful practice.
This meditation group is freely offered. We gratefully accept donations to cover the cost of renting the space. Venmo: Jessica O'Neill - @mindfullyjessica

Maybe you've heard the word "Mindfulness" and simply want to know what it means. Perhaps you're fresh out of a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction class and looking to continue your practice. Or you might be seeking a local "sangha" (kind-hearted individuals who come together to support each other's meditation practice). Whomever you are, wherever you are coming from, this weekly meditation group warmly welcomes all.
Each week will include a guided sitting meditation, followed by discussion. Please feel free to bring any questions about your practice.
These teachings are freely offered to all. If you would like to to help contribute to the expense of keeping this group running (rental space, tech platform fees, etc), donations are gratefully accepted though cash, PayPal or Venmo ( Jessica ONeill - @mindfullyjessica)
