Join Jen Stratakis, E-RYT 500, for a gentle, beginner-friendly mat yoga class at Highmark Direct. Free to everyone, Highmark membership NOT required.
Bring a mat, a water bottle, and any other yoga props you may have. None are provided. Chairs are provided, if getting onto the floor may be a problem. This class is a combination of breathwork, seated and reclining poses, standing poses, and guided visualization.
Because space is extremely limited, pre-registration by phone is required: Call (412) 544-5267 to reserve your spot in this class.
