Vegan Thanksgiving

A VTK member proposed that we have a Vegan Thanksgiving dinner. I expect most people will want to spend Thanksgiving with their families, but if for some reason you are not, you can join us. There will probably be tofu turkey, mashed potatoes, broccoli with vegan Hollandaise, squash, and pies for dessert, at minimum. Bring whatever you like!
