Welcome to our Free Yoga and Meditation Meetup! We are a community dedicated to exploring and practicing various forms of yoga, meditation, and spiritual development. Our meetups focus on different styles Yoga, where we engage in selfless service, as well as Space Clearing & Sacred Space creation to ensure a harmonious environment. Join us for rejuvenating Hatha yoga classes, discover the power of spiritual healing and development, and learn mindfulness techniques to enhance your overall well-being. We welcome all levels of practitioners and strive to create a supportive and inclusive space for personal growth and transformation.

As well as deepening your own yoga practice, you will learn the fundamental of Hatha Yoga, with a focus on Pranayama and the synchronisation of breath and movement – this online or in-person course will let you blend in according to your schedule.
In the Hatha yoga course we will experience Yoga at a slower pace, with focus on the breath, controlled movements, and stretching. This unique course is a blend of learning styles and takes place over the course of 8 weeks.
