Who:
Anyone who wants to work on fundamental parkour movements. All types, All skill levels.
What are we doing?:
We will be warming up, working on tech/drills, and then do challenges and/or parkour games. We will close out with a short strength/conditioning session and cool down.
What to bring?:
Water
Flexible clothes
Shoes with "grippy" soles (Examples include Feiyue and Van style skater shoes)
