RSVP RULES:

Attendance is limited to 28. If the RSVP list fills up please add your name to the waiting list. There are usually a few cancellations. Joining the waiting list ensures that we can notify you when room comes free. In case of cancellation in the last 24 hours please contact Houmam by sending a private message. Three no-shows without notice leads to be banned.

Dress: gym shoes and clothing, no street shoes (must change to gym shoes).
Bring your own towel, water bottle and hand sanitizer.

How to get there: 5 minute walk from Blijdorp metro station or Schieweg tram stop (tram 25), 10 min walk from Central Station, on street paid parking

Contribution: €4 per person for single paid in advance (to cover gym rental and equipment purchases) .
To reduce the amount of administration work needed to organize the weekly volleyball games, we are posting the link for the tikkie in the event comments.

We would like to ask for your collaboration in making a slight change to the payment method:

1. CHECK YOUR STATUS. Before each game we will move members registered for the event to the GOING list, please check your status. If you have enabled the notification from Meetup, you will get an automatic email notification about that.
2. MAKE THE PAYMENT. If you are on the “GOING” list, look for the tikkie link we post in each event and make the payment at least 24 hours before the event. If the payment is not transferred after the deadline, you will lose your spot.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW:

• Make sure you pay and go to the event ONLY if you are marked as “GOING”. As there will be no refund nor a spot if you are still on the waiting list.
• Please make sure to use the tikkie of the exact event you are attending. Every event has a different tikkie, which is necessary for keeping track of the payments.
• If you cannot join, no matter if you are on the going or waiting list, please mark yourself as “NOT GOING” as soon as possible, to give a chance for the other people on the waiting list and for us to have enough time to organize the teams. They will do the same when this happens to them too :)
• If you are on the “GOING” list and cannot make it, just cancel 24 hours before and we will offer you a refund in case you paid. If the cancellation was less then 24 hours before the game you wont be eligible for refund.
