Let’s listen to this orchestra, led by aclaimed saxaphonist and composer Jane Ira Bloom, play collaborative works inspired by the Library’s archives.

Let’s attend this dance preview of the developing work called “Awaken” followed by a reception.

The dance performance will be presented in May 2025 at the studio’s 25th anniversary at the New York Live Arts festival.

“Awaken” will weave original work with 25 years of Selwyn’s rich repertory choreography.

We have seen this show many times and each show is different and great. Let’s go again and see what these wonderful Bdway and off Bdway understudies, standbys and alternates sing. Some performers toured nationally. Who knows which performers will show up this time. The performers each 2 songs. One from a show they are/were in and another song.

The show starts at 7 pm. We arrive early to chat and eat. You can arrive when it’s convenient for you.

“At This Performance” debuted in 2003 and over 1000 performers have graced its stage, including Alex Brightman, Laura Bell Bundy, and many others. At The Green Room, in the Yotel at 570, 10th Ave, 4th Floor.

There is no food or drink minimum. The food is good and the portions are large to share.

William Parker is a composer, bassist, multi instrumentalist, educator and author. He has recorded over 40 albums. His music is based upon his concept of Universal Tonality. He is the recipient of the Vision 2024 lifetime achievement award.

This musical comedy, staring Jackie Mason’s daughter Sheba, is supposed to be quite funny.

Miami Beach circa 1988, a hotshot retiree learns that his beautiful girlfriend of 5 years used to be a man and is the long lost son of his best friend….and hilarity ensues.
