mats available at no extra chargeThis is an all levels yoga class focusing on using breath work and body awareness to regulate the nervous system. Each class is designed for everyone to meet themselves exactly where they are in their practice and in their life. Tis is a no pressure environment to learn yoga and mindfulness practices that prioritizes curiosity over criticism. Come as you are and expect to build self awareness and practice deep relaxation.
Class will be led by Aubree Gilbert
Aubree is a 500hr RYT specializing in yoga and mindfulness for trauma and mental health. Aubree has worked with youth and adults using mindfulness and yoga practices to build self awareness, confidence, be with and process emotions and build health habits for health and emotional wellness. Aubree is passionate about giving people the tools to feel safe and at home in their bodies, heads and hearts.Credentials:

Yoga at the San Francisco Buddhist Center in the Mission
This is an all levels yoga class. $20 donation. Cash, Venmo, Zelle

No registration required.Mindful Yoga incorporates mindful stress resilience through breath and body awareness for somatic healing. We will blend the traditional practices of Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow and Restorative. This class emphasizes embodied movement meant for each practitioner to find a pace and rhythm that feels good with room for customization/ freedom of movement. Each class will leave practitioners feeling a balance in their mind and body with a combination of stress relief and restoring energy by regulating the nervous system.
