Grounded Vibrations

Join Robin Barnes and Lauren Deyoe as they curate the BEST sound and energy session in Wilco. As a true sound healer, Robin creates specific, intuitive and always unique sound baths using a wide range of ancient instruments while working with the energy of each group. Feel yourself be carried away to deep relaxation as the sound waves from singing bowls, gongs, flutes and drums wash over you as well as the Reiki energy directed by Lauren. This monthly event is a fan favorite! We know that you will join us again and again.

We are located in building 8 at the Factory at Franklin. Our building neighbors are Fork of the South and Third Coast Clay. Give yourself plenty of time to park and leisurely make your way to our space.
