Fredericksburg Food Co-op Meetup

Enjoy the outdoors, meet new folks, and have fun! It’s easier to stick to healthy habits like a walking routine with friends to support you.

We’ll gather at the Co-op for a walk along the Rappahannock River Heritage Trail and Canal Path, as well as other areas close to the co-op neighborhood.

Come build balance, strength and flexibility!

Join Leslie Phillips, certified yoga instructor, or other yoga practitioners every Tuesday evening at the Food Co-op for a yoga session to strengthen the body and calm the mind. Chair yoga, a gentle form of yoga that’s done while seated or using a chair for balance, makes the practice accessible to everyone. Dress in comfortable workout gear.

No fee. Donation for Food for All appreciated.

The Fredericksburg Ukulele eNsemble (FUN) hosts an informal jam session twice a month at the co-op. Whether novice or experienced, everyone is welcome. We’ll learn some songs, improve our skills, and enjoy playing together in a no-pressure, no-judgment atmosphere. New to the uke? We have spare ukuleles, sheet music, and instructional tips to help you get started. No commitment required...just come for the FUN!
