Hello there! - Welcome to free weekly meetings to achieve your self realisation and experience the truth and reality within, by a simple meditation technique called Sahaja Yoga to raise your inner energy - Kundalini.
Rahul & Siddhi practising Sahaja Yoga over 30 years, will host these meetings and guide you through the meditation held at,

With Sahaja Yoga Meditation we normally sit on chairs to achieve yoga, effortlessly & spontaneously.
