If your keen for some quick cardo action after work im going to be walking up the Te Whiti park firebreak then down the bush track Hayward reserve.
Might change it up and change directions.
Im going to be doing it regularly every Wednesday so if you can join in come along.
the objective walk giving 100% on the uphill and regroup at the top around 5pm and amble down together on the down hill section.
if you want to start earlier to get a head start that's cool, just add a comment in the group that you have started.
