Laternelaufen/German St Martin's walk

Join Glasgow Young Walkers and members of the German language Kindertreff for a classic Laternelaufen - a St Martin's walk for children. We will walk through the town centre and along the Allander river, letting our wee lights shine. Bring a lantern or fairy lights if you have them. Lantern sticks will be provided upon request (contact Inga).

Getting there
By car: Free parking is available at Milngavie Station
By train: There is a direct train from Glasgow Queen Street, which leaves at 16.08 and gets into Milngavie at 16.31.

Please note that this walk is primarily aimed at children. Progress will be slow, with frequent stops. This walk will be cancelled in case of adverse weather.
