Walk: West Of Bewdley (North Worcs)
Today's jaunt is a new route in rolling countryside skirting The Wyre Forest, Lye Head and Rock, hence being described as just West of Bewdley.
Logistics:
Meet: 10:20 for prompt 10:30 start.
Distance: Around 8 to 9 miles
Start Point: Wyre Forest Visitors Centre Car Park (P&D), signposted off A456, just to the east of The Duke William Pub, DY14 9XH
Parking: Yes
Cafe/Toilets: Yes, but NOT as we are just about to leave please.
Terrain: Mainly varied countryside, with some forest, and a few short climbs which can be muddy in winter for those favoring walking poles.
Refreshments: Bring fluids & picnic lunch, and also a pub stop mid-way, and optionally at the end.

Guests: Under 16s and dogs (well behaved, under control) may attend as guests.

As with any outdoor activity, there is some inherent risk. Whilst we aim to avoid unnecessary risks, participants should take all reasonable precautions themselves. A suitable pace for the walk will be determined by the walk leader, which others must observe by keeping in visible distance, not forging ahead or lagging behind. Those attending are totally responsible for their own safety. You must be comfortable walking the specified distance in order to attend please.
RSVP Commitment:
Places aren't unlimited, so withdrawing in the last 24 hours is not allowed. This is a standard politeness requirement. Attendances shouldn't be compromised by ghosting (no-shows, late withdrawals, and uncommitted waitlisting) so reliable attendees will take priority at future events.
