This practice focuses on promoting flexibility, stress relief, immune system and nervous system support, mental clarity, and emotional healing. Yoga enhances flexibility, relieves stress, boosts the immune system and nervous system, quiets the mind, and can heal emotional pain.
The key is letting the mind guide the body, and the soul guide the mind, to regulate your practice and do what is best for you. Listen.
We will finish off with a Savasana to conclude our practice with calming, loving energy towards ourselves.
