Our group is a sanctuary for anyone looking to explore the harmonious balance of the mind, body, and spirit through a variety of healing practices and transformative experiences.
At the heart of our gatherings is The Renaud Method β a unique approach that integrates energy healing, life expansion techniques, Reiki, spiritual coaching, moon ceremonies, and sound healings. Our events range from educational workshops and group healings to intimate ceremonies and vibrant discussions, designed to support you at every stage of your personal evolution.
Whether you are new to energy work or have been walking this path for years, our community offers a supportive, and nurturing space for you to learn, heal, and evolve.
Our sessions are structured to cater to all β from free and donation-based gatherings to more specialized paid events. This diversity ensures that anyone drawn to our mission can participate and benefit from our collective wisdom and support.

Location: Founder's home (details provided the day prior to the event) - Approx. 10 mins south of Northlake Mall, off Brookshire Blvd.
What to Bring:
- Comfort Items: Bolster, cushion, meditation chair, or anything similar for your comfort.
- A Blanket: For warmth and added comfort during our session.
- Water: Stay hydrated throughout the experience.
- Journal: Bring a journal if you wish to jot down any insights or thoughts during or after the meditation. π
- Anything Else: Any personal items that help you feel comfortable and relaxed.
- Floor Seating Alternatives: If you have difficulty sitting on the floor, we have some sofa seats available. Don't let that stop you from joining us!

- 6:00 PM: Weekly Intention Setting - Kick off the session by setting your intentions for the week with guidance from our facilitator.
- 6:15 PM: Guided Meditation - Relax and rejuvenate with varied meditation practices, which may include following along to guided meditations by spiritual guides like Mooji, Ram Dass, Eckhart Tolle, Joe Dispenza, or similar figures. πΆ
- 7:00 PM: Group Reiki - Experience a soothing and restorative group Reiki session, where healing energy is shared to balance and harmonize your body, mind, and spirit.
- 7:20 PM: Sound Bowl Healing - Let the vibrations of the sound bowls deepen your sense of peace and facilitate healing, creating a meditative and harmonious atmosphere.
- 7:30 PM: Tea & Q&A - Post-meditation, enjoy some tea while we discuss insights and answer your questions about meditation and more. π΅π¬
